In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "d63com," "We," "Us," or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated through d63com.cam and all associated services, products, and features.
• "You" or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the d63com platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by you on d63com.cam through which you access the platform's gaming services.

• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one registered account on d63com. Multiple accounts held by the same individual may be closed and associated balances forfeited.

d63com reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended or permanently closed at d63com's sole discretion.

To access real-money gaming at d63com, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You must not use a pseudonym, fictitious identity, or another person's details.

d63com applies a KYC verification process to all accounts prior to the processing of withdrawals and may apply KYC requirements at any stage of account use. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe requested by d63com may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete. d63com will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

d63com reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your d63com login credentials, including your username and password. d63com strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices;
• Contact d63com support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

d63com will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the account holder failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials. Any activity conducted through your d63com account while you are logged in — whether by you or any third party — is your responsibility.

d63com may suspend an account and request additional verification if unusual login activity is detected, including logins from unrecognised devices or geographic locations inconsistent with your normal access patterns.

All financial transactions on d63com are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). d63com accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at d63com's discretion and will be reflected in the account dashboard.

The minimum deposit amount at d63com is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotional offer. Deposits made by players are held in segregated accounts and are not commingled with d63com's operational funds.

All funds deposited to d63com must originate from a payment account held in your own name. d63com does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits identified as originating from third-party sources may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

d63com does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits, though your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

Withdrawal requests at d63com are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to the registered account holder. d63com does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• d63com reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Bonus balances and pending bonus winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

d63com is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network after funds have been released from d63com's side. In the event of a withdrawal dispute, you must contact d63com support within 7 calendar days of the expected processing date.

d63com may offer various bonuses, promotions, cashback schemes, free spins, and loyalty rewards to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time of the offer and which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

General bonus terms applicable to all d63com promotions include:

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated for each offer. Bonus balances and associated winnings will expire and be removed from your account if requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
• d63com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus offer at any time. Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided to affected players.
• Participation in any d63com bonus offer by a player who has self-excluded or who is in breach of these Terms & Conditions will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• d63com reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements.

Players who do not wish to receive bonuses may opt out by contacting d63com support. Opting out of bonuses does not affect your ability to use any other feature of the platform.

All games available on the d63com platform are operated under the rules of their respective licensed software providers (including but not limited to JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and SA Gaming). By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.

d63com reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet or wager in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on a game or market affected by a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure;
• The stated odds, RTP, or game outcome were clearly erroneous due to a system fault;
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable game rules;
• There is reasonable evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or other forms of fraudulent activity in connection with the bet.

Where a bet is voided by d63com for any of the above reasons, the original stake amount will be returned to the player's real money balance. d63com's decision on voided bets is final and binding.

All casino game outcomes on d63com are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited for fairness by the respective game providers. d63com does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of any certified RNG-based game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the d63com platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account on d63com (multi-accounting);
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account;
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent any game, system, or promotional mechanism on the platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any other non-human means to interact with d63com games or systems;
• Attempting to launder money or use d63com for any illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward d63com staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any software, content, or intellectual property owned by or licensed to d63com.

d63com reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies against any player found to have engaged in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities in connection with the use of the platform.

d63com is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming for all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It is not a reliable source of income and should never be pursued as a means to recover financial losses.

d63com provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit to your d63com wallet. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour reflection period.

All content on d63com.cam — including but not limited to the platform's name, logo, trademarks, software, game interfaces, design elements, text, graphics, audio, and video — is the property of d63com or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use d63com.cam for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any d63com content without express written consent;
• Use d63com's name, branding, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation;

Any unauthorised use of d63com's intellectual property may result in account closure and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, d63com and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the d63com platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of d63com services;
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where the account holder failed to maintain adequate security;
• Technical failures, system errors, or connectivity issues beyond d63com's reasonable control;
• Decisions made by you in relation to gambling activity on the platform;
• Any third-party services, payment providers, or content integrated with the platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit d63com's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

d63com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where d63com has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder is in material breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to d63com, its players, or third parties;
• d63com is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any funds associated with fraudulent activity or policy violations may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, due to d63com ceasing operations in a particular jurisdiction), all verified real-money balances will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your d63com account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure at your request, any verified real-money balance will be returned subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of d63com that cannot be resolved informally by contacting d63com support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.

d63com endeavours to resolve all player disputes fairly, transparently, and promptly. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your d63com account, transactions, or game outcomes, you must first contact the d63com support team in writing (via the support email displayed in the footer) and allow a reasonable period for resolution before pursuing any other remedy.

d63com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
